Yudetamago is the penname of the artist duo Yoshinori Nakai and Shimada Takashi. They created the wrestling superhero 'Kinnikuman' for Shonen Jump as a parody on the famous anime series 'Utraman' while still in high school. The manga ran from 1979 to 1987, and 'Kinnikuman' became an anime series as well. The series also knows a spin-off series called 'Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy', about the son of Kinnikuman, which started in 1998. Between 1982 and 1989, Yudetamago also made the fighting manga serial 'Tatakae!! Ramenman', which was serialized in Fresh Jump.
