Mark Oakley

Mark Oakley was born in Quebec to British immigrant parents. At the age of 17, he got a job with Lightbox Animation Studios. He attended Sheridan College of Art and eventually focused on illustration instead of animation. He launched his own firm I Box Publishing, through which he has published his fantasy comic book series 'Thieves & Kings' since 1995.
