Pierre Noël is a French illustrator. He contributed to the magazine Ames Vaillantes of the publishing house Fleurus in the 1950s. He illustrated comic stories based on historic events or persons, among others in the 'Farandole' section. As an illustrator, he worked among others for Gründ Editeur in Paris He made full page colors engravings for among others Flaubert's 'Madame Bovary' in 1941, and illustrated the educational book on marine subjects 'Le Beau Navire' by Henri Kubnick in 1938. |
