Beaumont Fairbank was a cartoonist. He presumably began his career drawing for the Brooklyn Eagle in the 1910s. Together with David Marshall, he was the author on the comic strip 'Railroad Red', about a railroad company detective, that was syndicated through Bell Syndicate. It appeared in only a couple of papers (like the Detroit News and the Arizona Republic) from February to December 1941. |
